Party Recap

This party theme was so fun to make maybe because I love Disney princesses a lot and Rapunzel in particular is my daughter’s favorite one.
The set up was inside, it was May so flowers were blooming perfect for the decoration.
For the main table, I designed a backdrop using a plastic purple tablecloth. For the little lanterns I used different tones of cardboard in yellow and purple and I displayed them in a way that they look floating from the floor to the sky, like in the movie, joining at the top to form the name of my daughter Natalia.
For decor on the main table and guest table I made beautiful centerpieces, on top of them was the face of Rapunzel printed in photo paper and the bottom I made the dress in two tones of purple using tissue paper. They were just perfect.
The cake and treats were made by an excellent baker and friend Ellie Garcia. The idea of displaying the cookies in lilac wooden boxes and putting yellow paper for them to pop out, gave also a dedicated touch.
I used two lilac runners to dress the table over a long white tablecloth. I turned them to be in front position and added two big yellow card stock suns one on each side, to match with the colors of the setting.
The goodie bags were also made with lilac bags and yellow suns made out of card stock. Bows made with purple tule, white little fake flower and a personalized thank you card.
For the guest table I got paper plates, cups and napkins related to the theme. I had extra fondant flowers that I used as confetti and on each little chair I attach one helium Rapunzel balloon for each girl to take home.
Outside was an adorable jumping castle to play and a Rapunzel piñata.
What a adorable celebration for my little princess.
