Party Recap

I hit up thrift stores and crafted through the pandemic to create a fun-filled afternoon for all ages. My shindig was filled to the brim with details that were curated from a long term Pinterest query and refinement. The result had guests asking why I am not in the business of party planning.

I do not have pictures of everything. Here is the link to the Pinterest page where I organized the party elements: https://pin.it/4DKPzrk

Party Helpers

  • Kathy

    Crafting

Kathy is a coworker who helped craft multiple times.

  • Vanessa

    Baker

Vanessa is a coworker who made the outstanding cake

  • Jennie

    Painter

Jennie tackled turning the Home Depot Bone Throne from its black and gold theme to a black and white theme with some gold accents still visible. This idea was taken from the Facebook 12 foot skeleton group.

  • Agnes

    Crafting

Agne is my mother in law and has patiently cut, glued, and crafted with me for two years for this party.

  • Darlene

    Crafting

Darlene is my mom. For two years, she has crafted, sewn, and come up with solutions for this party. She made my Beauxbatons cape from instructions and a pattern on a blog. She made the cornish pixies, and so many other loved details.

  • Kelli

    Crafting

Kelli is my neighbor who stepped to the plate on the quiddich robes when I needed to get the heat transfer vinyl on them. She learned the process and positioned all the lettering and numbers. She also has been my wreath buddy this year. Skills I learned crafting with her went into two wreaths. One on the front door, and one on my room.

  • Greg

    Magic Maker

Greg made a pensieve out of an old piece of furniture for the party. He made the quiddich hoops, and was in charge of everything important on a large scale. He also was the chef.

Greg has promised that the next party must be a tree party, because we are already decorated in the forest for that.
