Popsicle Summer Birthday Party

My daughter LOVES popsicles! So for her 3rd birthday party in the dead of the hot, hot Utah summer, a popsicle party was a no-brainer! I kept it simple with just popsicles as refreshments, and ice pops as a take home favor. The kids had fun playing some water games and breaking open the giant popsicle pinata!
