Party Recap
We were asked to put together an Easter Brunch for four people, at very late notice and with a tight budget of $50. So we gathered together some of our up-cycled display items and raided our studio for scrap craft supplies, and threw together this cute Peter Rabbit inspired Easter Brunch! So, here's how the money was spent:
- Peter Rabbit printables by Papieras Printables - $2.60
- Jar desserts by Desserts by Jane - $16 for 4
- Easter biscuits, marshmallows, choc bars and Easter eggs (in plastic eggs) by Aldi - $16
- Wooden spoons from variety store - $2 (pack of 10)
- Straws from variety store - $2 (pack of 10)
- Plastic Easter eggs from variety store - $6
- Paper, card and ribbons - $3
We got creative with the printables and made some paper bunting garlands, and stamped the wooden spoons with a little rabbit stamp to tie them into the theme. We choose a light blue and yellow colour palette, with a splash of deep purple.
