Party Recap
Paxton was born 12.14.12 I thought the Winter ONEderland theme would be perfect! I fell in love with the idea right away. I planned out his party for 6 months. All the hard work and love I put into it was so worth it and the day couldn't have been more perfect. We had a white out that day and although some people from a little further away couldn't make it due to the weather conditions, it still couldn't have gone any smoother. We hired a photographer and I had a shirt and hat personalized just for my lil man. He enjoyed every second; Especially the cake!

Most Touching Moment
My great grandfather died in 1991 and I was left his wallet with $30 in it. I never wanted to just spend it. I was 12 when I received it. I decide later in life that when I had my 1st child, I would buy something for it with his money and my child would have a gift from his deceased great great grandfather. So, I had something made and engraved for him in Italian and personalized it from my papa and when I showed my grandparents it, they were very emotional. I cried my butt off when I actually had to hand his money over to pay for it. I really...reallly....cried hard. the lady at the counter looked at me like I was nuts and I tried to explain to her the best I could through my sobbing. it was so bad that my husband said, let's just pay for it ourselves and you keep the money but I held my grounds and did it.

Budget
I didn't want to miss out on anything that I thought we had to have or that would make it perfect. That's why I started planning it 6 months in advance. I didn't want money to be an issue. And although I know there are way more expensive 1st birthday parties, I thought that his turned out just the way I had in my mind.
