Pajama Camp Out Party

The theme came from my son's LOVE of everything outdoors - especially camping!

Guests were invited to "tent-hop" over to "Camp Luc" where they were transported to a campsite set up with traditional camping food such as "Campfire Slowcooked Chili" and "Char Grilled Hot Dogs" along with "Happy Trails Mix" and "Campsite Cookies!" Kids wore their favorite pajamas and drank from their personalized mason jars with tent name tags, and had "Gone Fishin'" with homemade "Fishin' Sticks"

The chocolate cake was set up on a mini-grill and was made to look like charcoal on the grill!

The favors included personalized and individual "S'More Kits" and "Popcorn Bags" to be used at our next location - Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge where we took a little hike to find Chip & Dale as they hosted a sing along, and the party guests were able to make s'mores by the campfire with their favor kits and eat popcorn while watching "Toy Story 3" under the stars and in the crisp air!

• Best Moment

  When Luc realized that all of the planning was for him and he got to see his friends and family come to the door and they all told him how fun it was to follow the bear tracks to his campsite, "Camp Luc!"

• Funniest Moment

  When Luc and his friends snuck into the room with the presents and started to open them on their own!

• Most Touching Moment

  When Luc got up to dance with Chip & Dale as the "Happy Birthday" song was being sung by the campfire at Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge after roasting his first marshmallow for his first s'more!
