Party Recap
Living in Philadelphia and planning a first birthday party for late November, I was looking for a theme that would work inside, in the home, and accommodate both boys & girls of all ages.
The rodeo theme lent itself to red decor from flags to checkered tablecloths. Games included "pony rides" on inflatable horses, Panning for Gold in a baking tin filled with sand, Pin the Tail on the Cow, and plastic horseshoes.
We hired a caricaturist who created "WANTED" signs and drew guests using props such as cowboy hats, bandanas, sheriff badges and mustaches.
