Party Recap
My daughter asked to have a gymnastics theme for her 6th birthday. We decided our local community center which she took gymnastics classes was the perfect venue for her party. Her favorite colors are pink and purple so I went with that color combination but I incorporated robin's egg blue to add a little more pop. I chose a downloadable invite from Etsy shop EverJolly. I loved the colors and youthfulness of the invite. To stick to the theme I ordered custom leotards for my daughter and her sisters from Etsy shop Campbell Design Shop. The girls did not want to take them off! They were so cute and just perfect.
We kicked off the party with an hour of gymnastics led by the talented Expressions of Talent group. They were so wonderful working with all the kids ranging from 2-13 years old. Everyone had a blast jumping on the trampoline, walking on the balance beam, swinging on the bars and dancing on the floor. By the end of the hour, everyone was ready to eat.
In the private room, guests enjoyed chicken tenders, turkey sandwiches, and pizza. Afterwards we sang Happy Birthday and everyone had a slice of vanilla cake filled with a vanilla custard or vanilla or chocolate cupcake all from our local Publix bakery. You can never go wrong with a Publix cake! I ordered custom cookies from Enchanting Creations. Not only were they beautiful but also delicious! I also ordered packaged cotton candy from Sakida company. They are my go to for packaged cotton candy. It tastes fresh and delicious. Always a fan favorite!
Afterwards each guest had an opportunity to take pictures on our podium style photo area like real champions. They had a blast posing and smiling for pictures. We even had bouquet flowers for them! I used plyometric boxes for the podium and covered the front with pink wrapping paper and glitter ribbon to match the colors of the party. I cut out the gymnastics silhouettes to finish it off. I loved how it came out!
To cap the party off, each guest was given a drawstring bag and a water bottle. I ordered the bags from Oriental Trading and used fabric paint to paint on the gymnastics silhouette. I found the water bottles at the dollar store and just used my cutting machine to cut vinyl in the shape of gymnastics to stick on the water bottles. I placed a grape flavored candy stick and strawberry flavored rock candy lollipop for a sweet little surprise.
I'm so happy with how everything turned out but most importantly my daughter loves it!

They did a fantastic job working with kids ages 2-13 running them through all of the gymnastics apparatuses. They were also very helpful in assisting with setting up the private room and making sure everything was taken care of. They are fantastic!
