Party Recap

For my son's 2nd birthday we couldn't think of any other items he needed so we decided we would take him to the Georgia Aquarium to see the fish as his gift. To go along with what our plans where I wanted to have a fish themed party to help wrap up the fish theme and maybe even help remind him of all the different colored fish we had seen at the aquarium earlier in the day. I designed and personalized all of the fish, banners, food labels, centerpieces, party hat and cake decor. It took about a week of preparing but there is nothing a cricut machine, some scissors, mod podge and a little hard work can't do! For the back ground I used a plastic table cloth and hung his birthday banner. For the fish net photo back drop and food table overlay I went to Hobby Lobby and found the largest fish net they and cut it in half and used each part for those areas. I made the fishing bobbers out of white paper lanterns I also found at Hobby Lobby and I painted one half red and let them dry. We had a wonderful time with family and friends and Noah loved seeing all of the fishes!
