Party Recap
After meeting Alice at Disney World, our little lady was smitten and decided she'd like to have an Alice in Wonderland themed party. Vintage mix-matched china, paper lanterns and rose kissing balls set the theme. I created three tiny cakes to feature some of the main characters of the story. On the dining table a larger two-tiered cake complete with tea cup and doormouse was made for our guests to eat. Tea cups were filled with various beads so the girls could make bracelets while waiting for the surprise special guest. Alice arrived, told her story and sang songs all the while capturing the hearts of everyone in the room. They played hide and seek, and even had a 'tea party' before cutting the cake and opening up presents. The day was magical!
