Naya's 1st Birthday

The Madison Hotel was the perfect venue for this themed party. The glass room and sunshine really helped emphasize the details that this event had. We had kids seating for twenty, each table seating had their own butterfly wings and a personalized craft box. In each box was a multi-colored N shaped and butterfly shaped crayon, Play-Doh, a cookie cutter and a personalized coloring book!! In addition to the craft box we also rented a soft play which had an area for younger kids to play in; along with a ball pit! The soft play and crafts kept the kids entertained and the parents happy.
For the dessert table we rented a wooden wagon and with help from our floral company we wrapped wines and flowers along the wagon. Dessert wise we had a pastel pink cake, lightly frosted pink donuts with tiny gold butterflies, vanilla macaroons, pink chocolate covered rice krispies and of course cake pops!! Each dessert had their own edible butterfly and really tied the theme all together. Can't forget to mention the party favors... each adult got personalized honey jars and mini jars filled with pink and white m&m's. While the kids got their own butterfly party favor box, within those custom boxes were filled with Lindt chocolates and a garden story book!!
The balloon colors that went around the wooden arch. We tried to keep our colors within the pink and purple hues so our balloons were lavender, baby pink, gold, white and tan. We also added golden butterflies across the balloon setups. The floral centerpieces were beautiful and truly gave an indoor garden feel. This party was so fun to plan and came out better than we imagined!!
