My baby boy turns One!

It was such a wonderful day! I loved the theme, it was so much fun to put together.

• Desserts

  We decided on two cakes, one for my son alone and the other for everyone else. I figured no one would want cake that has been spit on by a one year old.

• Party Favors

  I gave out small plastic bags with mini chocolate chip cookies inside and a tag that read "me want cookie"- quote by The Cookie Monster.

• Activities / Games

  I made up a quiz game for the adults titled who knows Luca best. For the kids we just had small typical kid games. They had fun and so did the adults.

  Seeing my baby eat his first bite of cake!

  The adults playing pin the beak on big bird blindfolded.

  My family taking tons of pictures with the birthday boy.

  Luca of course!

• What People Ate

  We decided to have all sorts of hot dogs like food. We had brats, all beef and Italian sausage all on grilled hot buns with lots of toppings. Yum!

  We just had punch and water since it was a kids party with kids attending.
