MJ's Red Wagon 1st Birthday

My son's first birthday was radio flyer themed and it was great! Simple decor, delicious food made by family and lots of love.

• What People Ate

  For appetizers we offered, pasta salad, mini cuban sandwiches, chicken tender platter, cuban pastries and croquettes. Imperial Rice with fried plantains for lunch and assorted bags of chips.

• What People Drank

  We had water, capri sun and homemade lemonade for everyone and some beer for the adults.

• Desserts

  We had a butter cream cake, sugar cookies, caramel popcorn, guava and cheese macaroons and merenguitos.

• Party Favors

  I found some great plastic red tumblers at Dollar Tree (3 cups for $1) which i used to hold a blue and swirl lollopop, two FREE personalized coloring pages from radio flyer website, a 4 crayon pack and a personalized and laminated radio flyers driver's license for each kid!

• Activities / Games

  We had a bounce house for the older kids, one for the younger ones, a game of pin the wheel on the wagon and piñata.
