Mini Scientist Sleepover

Starlite Event Co. helped bring dreams of being a scientist to life for a special birthday girl and her guests. This is one of Our custom science theme parties and it was designed for aspiring mini scientists who love to explore, dream and invent! We incorporated the birthday girls favorite colors being yellow and green ; while covering the beds with white sheets to bring out the colorful decorative pillows that displayed science related icons! The girls were also provided with their lab coats, goggles , gloves and fun activities to make their experience even more realistic. Starlite staff retrieved dry ice and placed them in colored water in different sized tubes then left it to mom to surprise the girls with for a fun experiment that they talked about for many days after (according to mom :)) Lastly, we prepped breakfast trays with their favorite candies as well as two personalized cups, one being a water bottle and the other being a plastic beaker with a curled straw. It turned out beautifully and it was fun to listen to different ideas and help them bring it to life as a sleepover !

  Dry ice, water and food color to create fog as well as kid appropriate science kit to create a variety of different things from slime to mini volcanos.

  Event Assistant

  Dee is the glue to our team and leader that ensure every thing is in order and placed where it should be. She also engaged our clients with friendly conversation to help create a trusting and comforting connection while we set up in their home because that’s definitely important. :)

• Nevaeh

  Event Assistant

  Nevaeh is the leader of assembly :) she makes sure that everything is connected, plugged, straightened, and presentable. She also makes sure that our equipment and linens are steamed and sanitized prior to set up.

• Andrea

  Event Helper

  Andrea helped us make sure everything was ready to go and in order prior to and during event/sleepover. She made sure all wa accounted for. :)

• Jordan

  Equipment specialist

  Jordan builds all of our tent and ensure that our wood is on good, clean condition prior to each event. He also ensures that we are stocked with enough for each occasion and ensures that condition is appropriate for clients.

• Mandy

  Event Designer/Assembler/More

  Mandy is the leader of design, planning and execution. From designing the sleepover with the clients ideas to coordinating the colors and decorations ; Mandy ensured that the birthday girl felt very special having all of her favorite things incorporated into her sleepover.
