A chic celebration for my 2 year old sweetheart, in pink and white ombre with understated Minnie Mouse details.
Party Highlights

What People Ate
We kept the menu simple, serving barbecue, teriyaki wings, a fresh quinoa salad, my mom’s famous potato salad and many of my daughter’s favorite things…chicken sausage, olives and fresh fruit and veggies cut into mouse shapes, using a minnie mouse cookie cutter.

What People Drank
The beverage station featured my homemade watermelon lemonade, and sparkling berry lemonade from Trader Joes. Mix-ins included: Perrier, fresh lemons, mint and raspberries.

On the dessert table were the Minnie Mouse cupcakes, as well as colored jelly bellys, 3 shades of sixlets, pink ribbon candy and strawberry popcorn. I also made sugar cookies with royal icing and sprinkle embellishments
