Melanie's carousel 1st birthday

Melanie's first year was one fun ride! This whimsical vintage carousel theme was a perfect way to celebrate. There was a couple of easy DIY treats such as ice cream cones with cotton candy inside to make the illusion of ice cream. Embellished pop corn treat boxes. The backdrop was made by myself with card stock paper to create the paper fans with a floral number one. The tassel garland for the balloons were made out of table covers I purchased at party city. The perfect touch for a Vintage look.
