Madeline's picnic party

We decided on this neutral theme so we could reuse the decor for other events such as cookouts, Memorial Day, Labor Day, camping etc. we served a lot of portable food (like salads and fruit in clear plastic cups so people could walk around and socialize while eating). Not pictured but we rented a bounce house, bean bag toss, horse shoes and washers game.

• What People Ate

  We grilled hot dogs and brats as the main fair and served them in cute red and white hot dog holders, there was also fresh fruit cups, caprese salad, chopped salad, macaroni salad, ambrosia salad, crust less peanut better and jelly sandwiches and freshly popped popcorn (served in cute theater-style popcorn bags) and cupcakes for desert.

  Pink lemonade and lemon water (some dads may or may not have sneaked some craft beers in;))
