Mad Hatter's Tea Party

Whay a Day! We began with our immediate family doing a geo event in downtown KC with a hundred others all dressed in costume then broke for lunch and reconvened at Mimi's for tea in our yard.

• What People Ate

  Queen of Heart Tea Sandwichs, Cucumber Tea Sandwiches, Egg and Tomato "Mushrooms," Cheshire Cat String Cheese, Rice Krispie "Paintbrushes"

• What People Drank

  Water, Sparkling Pink Lemonade, and Mini Adult bottles to spike a lemonade, if desired

• Desserts

  Lemon Tarts, Black Forest Mini Parfaits, and Rice Krispie "Paintbrushes

• Party Favors

  Bricks painted to look like favorite chidhood books and a decorated giftbag of stickers, candies and small toys

• Activities / Games

  2 Photo Ops, Scavenger Key hunt, The Queen Says (Simon says), Pin the Grin on the Cheshire cat, Croquet, "Make a rose craft.
