Liz's Scare Floor

When Arcy (Elizabeth's mom) told me the theme for this birthday party, I couldn't help but get giddy. Monsters INC is one of my favorite movies.
And being that it was a girl party, meant I could used glitter and sequin.

I hand painted some doors for the backdrop to this table. Which definitely fit in with the theme perfectly. I also hand made the number one and tassel garland out of metallic tissue paper in the color scheme.
I absolutely fell in love with this blue Carpet (that you can see being used to cover the riser) it reminded me of Sully and I had to use it somehow on the table. The cute felt garland banner was a buy from Target!
How cute is Elizabeth in her perfect Blue and purple romper!

A lot of the treats used to fill this dessert table were actually store bought. Who says you can have a beautiful table with store bought items.
We just made sure it all matched the color scheme.
Some of Elizabeth's plush Monster's Inc toys were brought out and used on the table to add that last Monsters touch!

Liz's mom hand made cute paper doors that hung above the party guests. She also made a photo backdrop made out of plastic tablecloths. Which was a easy and affordable DIY.
