Party Recap

We had a fun Lego birthday party for my "little" one who was turning 4. It was at our house (hot of course due to wonderful weather in the south), we had cake, ice cream, chips/dip, crackers, cookies, apples/dip, carrots/dip, cokes/water/juice. No real games except "Guess How Many Legos In The Jar". We played outside on Connor's new swing set, the kids played with our outside toys. A little rain during middle of party but that was break for us to open gifts and eat cake/ice cream. I made all the decorations except the Lego Man (yellow storage container on table), used primary colors as the theme. Walmart made the cake and just did lego colors versus lego theme (they didn't have a lego theme). But it was super yummy. Only $28.00 for a "feeds 40 cake". Everyone loved it! Made a balloon wreath for outside door. Also, the birthday boy and i made the favors which was crayons shaped like Lego bricks and Lego men. I bought a mold from Amazon for like $12.00 and we've used several times. Connor peeled all the crayon wrappers off and I melted them in oven and put about 5 in a little bag with a homemade (printed different pics ) coloring book. So cute and easy! We had fun! :) Happy 4th Bday!!!
