This sweet little girl’s love for frozen treats runs deep so naturally she wanted an ice cream party!

Southern California had unheard of amount of rainy days in May so this warm day planned party moved indoors. The birthday girl enjoyed all her frozen treats with her friends while the rain fell outside. No amount of rain was going to damper this 3rd birthday celebration!
