How about a rainbow balloon garland? I created a shamrock from 4 heart balloons twisted together and spray painted green. Adding gold fringe just seemed right, you feel me? Haha. My handmade “Lucky” crayons make a great treat for your little ones! Rainbow plates and cookies also feel like a must! Rainbow waffle cake is much easier than it sounds! Waffle mix with food coloring in a few bowls is all you need! I used cool whip as the frosting and topped with sprinkles! You can even add strawberries or any fruit and it’s not a bad breakfast!
