We set up my daughter's party as a 'pet boutique'. She loves pets and always pretends she has a pet store. She loved it. The guests had to find the missing dog bones to get their own 'adopted pup', then they decorated their dogs collars and played 'guess the cat' game. We finished off with treats for a fun pet themed party.
What People Drank
We had a clear punch with gummy fish floating inside to look like pet fish in aquariums.
We had treats from the dessert table. Such as vanilla cupcakes, sugar cookies, marshmallow peeps, candy necklaces, gumdrops, bubblegum and bonbons, sesame snap treats and cotton candy.
Each guest received their own 'adopted' puppy stuffed animal with their adoption certificate and even some cat/dog tattoos.
Activities / Games
The guests got to search for their missing dog bones, then they decorated their puppy collars with ribbon, stick on gems, bells, and paper name tags. We then played 'guess the cat'. They were shown pictures of famous cat characters that they had to guess. We also had a 'guess the puppy treats' for the guests to guess how many jelly beans were in the jar.
