Where did you have these adorable invitations made? Did you use a sewing machine for the stitch?

I made them myself. A family friend sewed the burlap to the white card stock. I got leather twine from the craft store jewelry department which I wrapped around the card. The metal stars are brads that after i cut the brad part off, I glued to the twine and card stock.
