We transported the guest back in time so they could rock around the clock for Karsyn's 50's themed 4th birthday.
Party Highlights
-

The birthday girl, her mother and grandmother.

Activities / Games
The Dance Bus provided: dance, hula hoop and limbo, we painted guitar magnets and pull the string pinata

$450.00 and a grandmother who can sew :) I also make cookies, so I was able to trade cookies for services (the cake and cupcakes, photographer, etc...)

poodle skirts, scarves, bobby socks, cat eye sunglasses and a bag of candy from the candy counter

Best Moment
The look on the kids faces when they came in and saw that we had transformed the formal living room in to a diner.

50's favorites: hotdogs, french fries, cupcakes and candy
-
What People Drank
soda pop (for the adults) pink lemonade (in soda bottles for the kids) and coke floats

Funniest Moment
Watching the kids dance on the dance bus. The hand jive is not easy for 4 year olds, but they sure had fun trying.

I absolutely love your party and I'm so jealous you got to throw a sock hop. I've been wanting to throw a sock hop since I was twelve and twenty years later, I still want to, but my daughter won't let me! :( I felt like I could live vicariously through you and your fabulous party!
