What People Ate
I found it easier and less stressful to have a meal to sit down and eat. That way all I had to do was go around the table and serve them food. The appetizers were normal party food; chips/pretzels/cheese puffs and dips, veggie tray, fruit platter, and a meat, cheese, and cracker tray. The dinner meal was wedding soup with swedish meatballs, swiss chard, and soba noodles instead of pastina-they absorb flavors better than pastina. I served in a bread bowl which meant less dishes, less spills, but more money.

What People Drank
