Jake & the Neverland Pirates Birthday Party
ByParty Recap
To start the party off guest were directed to our treasure dig activity(a swimming pool filled with sand, plastic jewels, beaded necklaces, and dubloons). They were each given favor bags to fill with the treasure they found. When my nephew discovered a bottle with a treasure map inside, he led the party guest into our backyard where they found a plastic bin with a huge "x" on it. Inside was a treasure chest pinata filled with treats! After the treasure hunt, the guest went inside and watched Jake & the Neverland Pirates and snacked on Pirate Booty while my hubby picked up the pizza. After lunch, we sung happy birthday, let our boys open their gifts and then let each child grab a ribbon on the pinata(I modified it into a pull string pinata). Each child pulled at the same time and filled their favor bags with all the sweet treats that came pouring out! To end the party each child was sent home with a Jake & the Neverland Pirate Balloon. Their share of the treasure they found, candy, and a Jake & the Neverland Pirates plastic cup filled with Jake & the Neverland Pirates party favors.
