Party Recap
Awesome party. Easy outdoor Fun. We started by letting all the kids dress up as Padawans. Then we let everyone make a light saber (pool noodle + cut in half + masking tape handles of all colors). Then they played R2D2 asteroid toss, took photos with a Vader cutout, etc. Then we began JEDI ACADEMY. We unleashed about 30 storm trooper balloons (they gain power if they hit the ground, so keep hitting them up). Some popped which was funny! Then...VADER appeared. He battled them 1:1 just like at Disneyland. They LOVED it. Then they decided there was power in numbers, so they ganged up on him...and DEFEATED LORD VADER!! Simple homemade cupcakes followed (with edible character toppers. Easy and fun.

20 Padawan robes = 2.5 yards of brown felt - cut in 15" strips, folded and a small triangle cut for neck. Add cheap rope for belt!

A simple small white trash can with masking tape decorations. And we get to keep it as a trash can when party is over. Might even use it to collect candy on Halloween! :)
