Jaxsen's Lorax 1st Birthday Bash

Jaxsen's 1st birthday party was inspired by his favorite movie, The Lorax. Filled with bright, bold colors and whimsical decor it was certainly a party to remember!

• What People Ate

  We hosted the party as a cookout complete with cheeseburgers, hot dogs, ribs, wings, Mac & Cheese, baked beans and pasta salad.

• What People Drank

  Sodas, water, & juice were provided along with environment-friendly mason jars.

• Desserts

  3-tier Lorax cake, blueberry pancakes (the main characters favorite treat), humming fish jello cups, truffla tree seeds (m&m's), truffles tree fruit & butterfly milk fruit dip, and homemade marshmallows

• Party Favors

  As parting gifts, we donated to the Arbor Society and had a tree planted in each child's name. They also got their own terra cotta pot with a seed they planted themselves.

• Activities / Games

  We had a bouncy house filled with white balloons (marshmallow pit), a wading pool for "swimming swans" along with pool toys, and Lorax corn hole boards
