Jasmine's 14th New York Bash

What theme of a party do you have for a 14 year old girl? Of course every girls dream when you don't live there. NEW YORK!!! She dreams of going to New York and was one of her birthday wishes. Unfortunately that was not a possibility this year so we brought NYC to her. It was elegant and sophisticated just like my growing up girl. Chocolate boxes, caramel sauce and apples were just a few parting favors. Red roses graced the tables with red and black chargers. Damask table runners and gold cutlery completed the look. NYC taxi napkins were completely found by accident at our local dollar store and knew these would look perfect on the place setting. NYC cookies were individually decorated by myself as well as the cake with the big apple on top and the city scape circling the bottom layer. The top layer and apple are sitting ontop of my daughters shelf in her NYC themed bedroom. Huge 3 foot NYC letters blew gently in the wind behind the dessert table. Guests dressed up for the event and fun was had by all.
