I think I got the buckets at a Target. I had to freehand most of the vinyl. I used the cricut for the circled eyes.

I made it myself. Since it was mostly red and no details it was pretty easy.

You can find how to videos on youtube for the pom poms then I used a cricut to make the face cutouts for most of the characters and freehanded the others
