Ivy loves Elmo. The planning began as Elmo and Abby Cadabby and turned out to be Sesame Street. Family and friends attended and a good time was had by all.

    I think I got the buckets at a Target. I had to freehand most of the vinyl. I used the cricut for the circled eyes.

    You can find how to videos on youtube for the pom poms then I used a cricut to make the face cutouts for most of the characters and freehanded the others
