Hot Wheels Birthday Party

Everyone enjoyed this Hotwheels 4th Birthday party! We had a picnic style dinner with cake, "spare tires" (Oreos) and stoplight treats for dessert. Guests filled goodie bags with treats from the candy bar as favors. Working within a budget of $300, a lot of the elements were DIY projects.

  Aside from playing on the adjoining playground, kids could race cars down a home-made ramp, or toss bean bags into tires.
