Happily Ever After

Once upon a time and happily ever after was the theme chosen by the bridesmaid's (including myself) It was only fitting for our bookworm bride. The shower was held at a beautiful venue in San Marino called the Old Mill.
Guest enjoyed yummy sweets from the girly dessert bar. It included a three tiered cake from Golden Deli and glam cake pops from Melanie rose baking. There was also fun gumball necklaces for all the ladies to wear. Everyone stayed refreshed with delicious drinks from the sangria bar. I was able to transform this rusty cart I bought awhile back by painting it mint green and bringing this beauty back to life. The ladies left advice notes to the bride to be on a white flower stand that was also transformed. Stacked books, flowers, cookie favors, and sweet love notes from the groom to be were at each table. It was a beautiful day for a lovely bridal shower!
