Hannah’s Pink and Gold First Birthday

We wanted something simple, casual, and informal. Just a nice day to have family get together, have lunch and celebrate the birthday girl.

  Grilled burgers and hot dogs, chips, and baked beans.

• What People Drank

  Canned soda and bottled water

• Desserts

  Birthday cake, white chocolate pretzels drizzled with pink frosting, sugar cookies with pink frosting, pink wrapped Hershey kisses, gold wrapped Reese’s peanut butter cups, and white chocolate covered Oreos drizzled in pink frosting.

• Party Favors

  The party favor bags had mini bottles of bubbles, stickers, stencils, glow in the dark sticks, whistles, fruit snacks, side walk chalk. We made ziplock baggies of S’mores containing two graham crackers, two big square marshmallows, and two snack size Hershey bars. The party favor bags were already full so we just laid them around the bowl holding the favors.

• Activities / Games

  We set up a ladder ball game and a bean bag toss game outside for the kids the play.
