My daughter was loving her 80's Rainbow Brite dolls so we decided to do a Rainbow Brite themed party. Rainbow balloons, a rainbow fruit cake, rainbow fruits and veggies, a rainbow pinata filled with rainbow coloured toys, Rainbow Brite coloring books, rainbow scratch work, rainbow bracelets, a rainbow candy buffet and rainbow tutus, wings and rainbow light sabers for the kids to take home.

just two sheet cakes cut to make a rainbow, then iced it and stuck the fruit on, very easy and delicious!!
