Party Recap

I had the pleasure of styling this truck themed party for an adorable little boy, Griffin. Griffin just adores anything having to do with trucks and his parents wanted a fourth birthday party that reflected that. I knew that I wanted to use a color palate of gray orange and yellow. With that in mind I designed a dump truck graphic (dump trucks are his favorite!) and went from there.

The dessert table featured the following fun treats: Tire pops (chocolate covered marshmallows with fondant tire toppers), Dump truck cookies, 2 varieties of construction cones ( orange chocolate covered ice cream cones and candy corn), Rocky Road popcorn, Gravel (chocolate covered raisins) and road lines (yellow m&m's). I loved incorporating actual trucks into this display, even using one as a container for the gravel.

The dining table was such fun to set up as well. Each guest was able to find their place at the table by locating the construction hat with their name on it. The table itself featured many little trucks for the kids to play with and one for each to take home at the end of the party. I really like incorporating something into the decor that can then serve as a favor at the end of the party. The orange plates were embellished with wheels so that they even looked liked trucks! The juice boxes were labeled as "Griffin's Big Rig Swig" so they too added to the overall party.

The afternoon was absolutely gorgeous so the party guests enjoyed playing in the yard and a huge bouncy house. I had so much fun working on this event and with this sweet family.

HI there, sorry I just saw this question. They did come in packs - I think they came out to about $1.00 each and then I added the name labels myself. Thanks!
