Grammies Gingerbread Party
ByParty Recap
This is the 5th year of hosting my annual gingerbread decorating party with my grandchildren. I love decorating a magical space filled with lots of fun details to create many happy memories. When the kids arrive we have a photographer on hand to take some family photos. Then we gather around a large table filled with so many different kinds of candy to use to decorate their own creations. The houses are premade the day before by me so that they are sturdy enough to decorate. This year each child received a nutcracker and picked an ornament from the pink Christmas tree. When they have finished we package up their gingerbread houses in bags so they can take them home to enjoy for the holidays. Even the parents like to decorate a house! No one will ever be too old to come and enjoy Grammies Gingerbread Party.
