FROZEN In Summer Water Party

Boys and girls alike love the movie Frozen and Olaf. When the birthday girl requested a Frozen birthday party I knew the FROZEN in Summer theme would be perfect, especially since her birthday is in the summer!
This party is whimsical, creative and has all the elements of a fun summer party which include bubbles, slip n' slide, bounce house, and snow cones.
Sticking with the water party theme guests dressed in their bathing suits and were greeted with a leis as they walked into the party, which was also one of the party favors.
Playing on FROZEN in summer theme from Olaf’s song “Summer” cocktail umbrellas, pink flamingos, pineapples, and images of Olaf lying on the beach sipping a tropical drink were part of the party décor.
Kids enjoyed fun and festive food such as surf boards (pita chips), the catch of the day (goldfish), and grab a floatie (pretzel sticks).
One of my favorite DIY’s for this party include the FROZEN in Summer themed back drop with Elisa, Anna, and Olaf all decked out for summer and playing on the beach!
My other two favorite DIY’s are these homemade sugar cookies cut out in shapes of flamingos, pineapples, and palm trees and colorful icing and the fun cocktail umbrella wreath that greeted guests as they entered the party!
We also served mini cupcakes from Gigi Cupcakes, Take A Dip (humus and carrots), fresh strawberries, pineapple and grapes.
Next to the snow cones I’d have to say the tattoo (faux) station was a huge hit!
An easy bubble station is always popular, and the kids loved taking bubbles home as a bonus party favor!
