Frozen Birthday party

We’re convinced that princess parties will never go out of style and this table is truly ‘something worth melting for’! The design of this “Snow Sister” sweets table was all about blending the icy styles of our two favorite royal sisters for something fun and exciting and Daniel Grove of Daniel Grove Photography did just right in framing it all up!

The cake was designed and created by 2Tarts Bakery and as you can see, it’s almost too pretty to eat! You can truly see the love in every sugary detail: from the sparkling snowflakes to those gorgeous frosted ‘ice’ chips, and from the rock candy bits to that icy swirl of colors in the fondant. To complete the look, they added a sprinkle of iridescent dust for that touch of princess magic! And their custom ‘do you wanna build a snowman?’ cookies and snowflake-topped cupcakes really pull out the vibrancy of our color scheme!

For the decor, Once Upon A Party was all about making those bright, ‘traveling cape’ style curtains! Inspired by the Snow Princess’ cape, they used a little DIY creativity to turn some common items into the perfect drapes for the table’s backdrop! They covered the table with a white sequin tablecloth and sprinkled bits of faux snow and crystal filler rocks around a few ‘frozen’ decorative pieces. But what’s a princess party without a few royal favors?! They created some sweet ribbon wands, arranged a ‘snowy gumball-mug tower’ (seriously, aren’t those the cutest?!), and added some glittery, pompom party hats from Meri Meri to add to the frozen fun!

Everything about this table is nothing short of fairytale magic! It most definitely got the approval of the princess’ themselves, also provided by Once Upon A Party. And let’s just say, they may have gotten into a little tug of war over those delicious sweets!
