Four Ever a Unicorn: A Magical 4th Birthday Party

Each and every one of my children’s party’s are important, but this one was special as it was the first birthday since covid we got to celebrate with friends and family in our backyard. I usually decorate in our house as well, but crossed my fingers for good weather so we could have her event completely outside. I rented a bounce house for the kids to play, my husband and I built a candy stand, we had a dessert table and a low children’s table designed for my daughter and her friends. The day turned out absolutely beautiful. I even custom made a unicorn jean jacket with my daughters name so she could wear it over her unicorn dress as the weather was slightly chilly.

• What People Ate

  We had individual plates of sandwiches, pizza, apple sauce pouches and string cheese. The birthday girl had her own personal charcuterie.

  Water, juice boxes and lemonade

  Cotton candy cake, popcorn, unicorn cookies, unicorn cake pops, unicorn birthday cake, unicorn pretzels, candy kabobs and cotton candy.

  Unicorn boxes that were filled high with rings, tattoos and candy after the piñata.
