FLAM(e)boyant Party

My daughter requested a dinner party for her 13th birthday. I selected a restaurant called The Melting Pot, which inspired the theme Comin' in Hot! To align with the theme, I arranged an activity and a game that would add extra SPICE to the party.

INVITATIONS: To make sure the invitations matched my daughter's birthday theme, I designed them on Zazzle.com. The template I chose featured a burnt orange water-color agate border on the left side with faux gold glitter. To emphasize specific words related to the theme, I highlighted them in orange.

ATTIRE: For professional photos, the birthday girl showcased her stunning spaghetti strap mini orange dress paired with gold, sparkly open toe shoes, nicely decorated with a gold bow. She accessorized her outfit with gold bow earrings, a gold bow bracelet, and a gold bow necklace. Her hair was accented with beautiful highlights and adorned with a gold head chain.
At the party, she wore a white t-shirt that said, "Coming in Hot" with fiery red and orange flames. To add a personal touch, she cut the neck of the shirt, creating an off-shoulder look. The shirt was paired with black leggings and flame tube socks, and white hi-top Nike Blazers. She completed the outfit by adding orange flame earrings and orange flame sunglasses.
Big sis wore the same shirt paired with black leggings, flame tube socks, and black and white Nike Dunks. She accessorized he outfit with red flame earrings and red flame sunglasses.
Mom had the exact shirt and wore it with black leggings, flame tube socks, and black Nike shoes, adding red and gold flame earrings and sunglasses with orange and black temples.

DECORATIONS: I covered the dining table with a gold tablecloth. I added orange satin napkins and entwined black satin napkins to use as placemats underneath gold plates. Fire napkins were placed on the gold plates. I set clear plastic cups with gold rim on the left side of each plate. On the right side of the plates, there were gold spoons and black forks. Red, yellow, and orange drizzled ombre pretzel rods were in front of each setting. The beautiful ombre heart-shaped birthday cake was set on a gold plate. Surrounding eh cake, LED candles flickered on three sides of the gold cake plate.
The gift table was draped in an orange satin table-cover embellished with sparkling black rhinestones. The favors table was set up in front of the warm fireplace to create the theme's ambiance. I draped a black satin tablecloth over the favors table. On the right side, I arranged ombre bags that captured the essence of flames. The framed itinerary was placed in the center of the table, with the Hot Words game in front of it. To the left, I added a LED display of the number 13. I put black letter boxes beside the favors table, which was adorned with balloons in the shades of orange, red, black, yellow, and gold.
