Find The Best Wine Under $20

This has very quickly become one of my favorite ideas for parties. Right up front, my best tip is to specify the type of wine that your guests should bring because it's very difficult for guests to compare red wines to white wines without bias.

Guests each brought 2 bottles of wine under $20. One was opened and one went into a prize pile. Throughout the evening, guests rated the wines they tried and the guests who brought the top 3 wines each took wine home from the prize pile.

  Cookies, Brownies, Chocolates

• Activities / Games

  Guests rated the wine and tallied their results on a black board in the room. Once the competition was over, guests played Joking Hazard.
