Party Recap
With it being my little girl's party, every moment was a highlight, from hunting down an Elza doll to trying to find fake snow.
The challenge in sunny South Africa with a Frozen party is there's not much 'brrrrr' around. Snowy items come out for Christmas but mid year there's not a lot, so improvisation was the name of the game.
Danielle from Moemas created the most gorgeous snowflake biscuits, which we hung alongside crystal 'icicles' and the snow was courtesy of a machine. Meringues and marshmallows pretended to be snow and sugar sticks were frozen crystals.
Because Emma's party fell on Mother's Day in South Africa, we treated moms (and dads) to a high tea of the most delicious treats. This definitely wasn't a day for diets.
