Double Celebration for Xavier and Yahir

We celebrated our oldest son's 4th birthday and our youngest baptism. I wrapped boxes with tissue paper and use them to display all the desserts. The hanging fans for the backdrop I found them on orientaltrading.com. on each table I set a paper lantern centerpiece and a photo of the kids. The dessert table had chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate dipped apples, sugar cookies of a cross and a number 4 with the kids names, marshmallows and cupcakes of vanilla and chocolate flavors

• What People Ate

  For the food we served mexican barbacoa rice and charro beans with green salsa. Had nachos and hot dogs for the kids

• What People Drank

  Had sodas and aguas frescas of pinapple and horchata.

• Desserts

  Strawberries, sugar cookies, apples, cupcakes, marshmallows

• Party Favors

  Goodie bags had a variety of Mexican candy

• Activities / Games

  Had 2 piñatas and a bounce house for the kids
