Donut Birthday Party

A Donut theme has been on my to-do list for a while. I wanted a design that was fun and neutral to suit a birthday, a baby shower party or any other celebration. Who doesn’t love donuts?

This Donut Party in sweet pastel colours is exactly how I imagined it and I had so much fun styling a small table to show it off!

I started by placing the cake on a cake stand in the middle of the table and decorating it with the “Donut grow up” cake topper.

Then I used the large donuts included with the banner to decorate the wall behind and around the cake. I stuck them to the wall with painters tape.

I placed the drink bottles on top of a wooden box to give them height and displayed the cupcakes on a white tray at the front. They were decorated with our usual 2″ cupcake toppers.

On the right side of the table I added the donuts, a tall glass with paper straws with matching flags and a couple of favor bags with little tags in the donut theme.

The food labels from this theme come in two different colors and I used one of each at the front of the trays.

At the center of the table and in front of the cake I displayed chocolate bars and hershey miniature chocolates. I love adding these to my tables, as they are so quick to make and compliment the decor beautifully.
