Party Recap

Just in case you didn’t know, Blown Away Event & Services specialize in children’s parties! Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a client to transform a drab event space into an imaginatively colorful and bright Doc McStuffins’ birthday celebration. With color-rich pinks and purples, elegant linens, and playful polka-dot balloons, the Blown Away team set the stage for an amazing event. Blown Away Event & Services’ trademark practice is to take a theme and exhaust that theme throughout an entire event. To make this event unique we included a vibrant balloon backdrop, and a medic-themed focal table that included Marshmallow Cotton Balls, Purple Jell-O Shots, Band-Aid Wafers, and “Ufeelbetter” pill bottles (see gallery). Towering balloon columns were incorporated alongside the focal table to add a festive, yet regal element to the event.

Per our client’s wishes, the Blown Away team coordinated the event as well. Therefore, to ensure that our little guests would have plenty to keep themselves active we created several stations throughout the event. One of our popular stations was our Doc Ivy’s Cuddle Clinic; a medic station where the children were able to give aid to “injured” stuffed animals (see gallery). The professionalism of our staff, the attentiveness to detail, and the execution of our client’s vision left our client and her guests completely Blown Away!

Hello, I'm throwing my daughter a huge doc mcstuffins 3rd birthday bash. She won't have one for another two or three years where we will go to Disney world for another bash. I have two questions. One; do you travel to cater events? Two; how do you even begin to recreate such a beautiful balloon backdrop?? Any help at all I would appreciate. I live in the Cayman Islands. Grand cayman more specifically. Your work was awesome!
