Delaneys Winter ONE-derland!

Seems like yesterday, I was pacing the floor so ready for the baby to come out, and yesterday our baby turned ONE year old! A first birthday is such a big milestone. With Natalie and now Delaney I try to make their 1st birthday fun and memorable.
With Delaney being a winter baby, party themes were harder to find. Choosing “A Winter ONEderland” theme actually turned out super convenient. All the stores had their holiday decor on clearance, after Christmas, and I swooped on all things: “Winter”. I added my little twist to the theme colors by using peach, gold and white. With the weather skeptical, and El Nino upon us, we planned for small-cozy party, indoors. Complete with hot pizza, hot cheese dip, and of course a hot cocoa bar! The highlight to the party would have to be the cake smash! Delaney was so excited when we all started singing to her, and she didn’t hesitate one second to get a taste of that cake. I want to thank all our family and friends that made Delaney’s day so memorable!
