Calling all the DC superhero Girls to save the day!! My little girl loves superheroes so this year for her 9th birthday she wanted to celebrate superhero style with her favorites Wonder Woman and Supergirl. And what’s not to love about all the girl power!! We didn’t do a big party this year, but we still had a themed cake and sweets table to celebrate with the immediate family and friends. With so many action loving superheroes in the DC Superhero Girls, we had so much fun coming up with ideas to represent each one. We had Wonder woman Lassos (twizzlers), Super Girl Cupcakes complete with cape, Poison Ivy dessert cups, Harley Quinn hammers, Batgirl Rice Krispies, Bumblebee lollipops, and Katana’s ninja fighting donuts. Since the comics/show takes place in a high school setting we used school props such as lockers and the official High School model. Printables and personalized/crafted items are always the detailed touch that make everything extra special. They are all available for purchase in my Etsy shop. As simple as it was, my not so little girl loved every moment. She even told her friends to come dressed as their favorite superhero and that was not part of the plan.
