Party Recap
My daughter loves Curious George and it was the perfect theme for her birthday! I checked out Curious George books from our local library to use as centerpieces for each table. We played pin the monkey tail on the birthday girl and had a Curious George bean bag toss. The Man in the Yellow Hat made an appearance and took pictures at the photo booth with our guests. At each of my child’s parties, I have a book related to the party theme for each of the guests to sign/write a message so we’ll always remember who helped us celebrate!
Instead of gifts, we asked our guests to bring items from the “want list” of a local school for homeless children, it was a huge success! Each child at the party went home with a homemade rice bag to keep them warm and cozy and a Curious George bookmark.
