Party Recap
Our youngest turned five in May, which was the inspiration behind this fiesta-themed Cinco en Mayo party! The 2020 Covid lockdowns forced us to reimagine our original plans from a big celebration with all of our friends to an small family dinner after a birthday parade where we said hello to friends from afar! The birthday girl and her sister got a cactus piñata all to themselves, and after breaking it open they helped stuff all of the goodies inside into gift bags that we handed out during the birthday parade. We enjoyed tacos and a piñata birthday cake stuffed with candy. We had such a good time celebrating our birthday girl--proving that even the smallest of parties are worth celebrating!
